Causer Supports Compromise Budget

HARRISBURG – Rep. Martin Causer (R-Turtlepoint) today voted in support of a $32 billion state budget for the 2017-18 fiscal year, which begins on July 1. The proposal includes no new or increased taxes and represents a spending increase of less than 1 percent over the current fiscal year.

Bridge Dedication to Honor Area Veteran, Sgt. Paul M. Brown

WHAT: The Route 872 bridge over Bailey Run in Wharton Township, Potter County, will be officially dedicated as the Sgt. Paul M. Brown Memorial Bridge. Brown lost his life during combat operations in South Korea on March 2, 1951, during his second tour of duty in service to his country. He had also served in World War II.
