Causer Announces Grant for Bradford Area Public Library
September 20, 2018
HARRISBURG – Rep. Martin Causer (R-Turtlepoint) today announced a $45,440 grant has been awarded to the Bradford Area Public Library.
The grant will be used to renovate two public restrooms into three, replace all fixtures and meet Americans with Disabilities Act requirements.
“The library is a valuable resource for our community, and I’m pleased to see these upgrades are being made to better serve the public,” Causer said.
Keystone grants are competitive grants funded through the Keystone Recreation, Park and Conservation Fund. Grants of up to $750,000 may be used for planning, acquisition, construction and rehabilitation of public libraries, and must be matched dollar-for-dollar with local funds.
