WHO: Causer; Anthony Martin, director of the Bureau of EMS within the Pennsylvania Department of Health; Heather Harris, executive director of the Ambulance Association of Pennsylvania; Tom McElree, executive director of EMS West; county and local officials; and EMS providers.

WHEN: Thursday, Feb. 15, at 6 p.m.

WHERE: Smethport Fire Department, 109 S. Nelson St., Smethport.
