Assistance with filing for the 2022 Property Tax/Rent Rebate from the Commonwealth will be available at a series of Property Tax/Rent Rebate clinics planned at locations across the 67th Legislative District. Assistance is provided FREE OF CHARGE during the clinics, or any time at my offices in Bradford, Coudersport or Kane. The clinic schedule is as follows:

Program Information
The program benefits eligible Pennsylvanians who are 65 years or older, widows and widowers 50 years or older, and those 18 years or older with disabilities. The income limit is $35,000 a year for homeowners and $15,000 annually for renters, and half of Social Security income is excluded.

The maximum standard rebate is $650, but supplemental rebates for qualifying homeowners can boost rebates to $975.

Applications are due by June 30.
